Shipping & Refund Policy

International Shipping

We support international shipping arrangements for qualified business and institutional research customers worldwide, subject to destination requirements, carrier availability, applicable export and import requirements, product-specific handling conditions, and local laws.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the intended import, receipt, storage, and research use are permitted in the destination country or region.

Estimated processing time is generally 7–15 business days after confirmation of applicable business requirements.
This is an estimated processing period and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery timing may vary due to destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, documentation requirements, weather conditions, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, freight, insurance, import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and destination-related costs are borne by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the legal recipient name, business address, contact details, and any required import or institutional documentation.

Appropriate protective and temperature-controlled packaging may be arranged where suitable for the relevant product characteristics and agreed shipping conditions.
Packaging arrangements are based on agreed shipment conditions and do not replace the buyer’s responsibility to confirm destination-specific handling, storage, import, and institutional requirements.

Where tracking is available, shipment tracking information may be provided after dispatch. Tracking information is supplied for reference and may be subject to carrier update delays.

Any visible shipping damage, shortage, incorrect delivery, or delivery exception must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
The claim should include the relevant quotation, invoice, or shipment reference; product details; photographs of the outer package and affected materials; delivery records; and any available carrier documentation.
Where transit damage is confirmed after review, YONGXI INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED may arrange a replacement shipment or another appropriate resolution.
Any replacement is subject to documented review, product availability, applicable transport restrictions, and agreed commercial terms.
